Air-X sessions are a minimum of 50 minutes and are divided into two age groups:

2 – 4 years: Children must be accompanied on the inflatable by a paying adult at all times.

5 – 14 years: Children must be supervised by an adult, but adults are not permitted on the inflatable.

Two Everyone Active supervisors will be present on the inflatable at all times to ensure safety and fun.

Yes. All users must wear branded Air-X socks to help maintain the inflatable’s condition. These can be purchased on the day or in advance online and collected before your session. Once you have a pair, keep them safe, and you can reuse them for future visits!

To ensure safety and comfort:

• Remove shoes before entering.
• Wear branded Air-X socks.
• Remove all jewellery and hard objects.
• Remove eyewear if practical.

Please follow these rules during your session:

• Do not participate if you are pregnant or suspect you may be.
• Do not participate if you are unwell or have been advised against physical activity.
• No rough or dangerous play.
• No somersaults.
• No food or drink in the play area.
• Do not lean on or fall into the side netting.
• Do not climb on the walls.
• Always follow instructions from supervisors.
• Always slide feet first with arms crossed over your chest.
• Do not climb up the slides.
• Avoid exposing bare skin when sliding.
• In an emergency, follow the supervisor's instructions.
